Lumecca IPL – Advanced Light-Based Skin Rejuvenation

Restore Clearer, Brighter Skin with InMode’s Gold-Standard IPL Technology

Lumecca is the most powerful IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) system currently on the market. Designed for high-efficiency photothermolysis, Lumecca delivers impressive results for treating vascular and pigmented lesions with fewer sessions than traditional IPL treatments.

Whether you're struggling with sun spots, rosacea, age spots, or uneven skin tone, Lumecca can provide visible results after just one session, making it the go-to choice for clients seeking fast, clinically proven skin rejuvenation.

What Is Lumecca IPL?

Lumecca is a cutting-edge IPL device developed by InMode, using advanced technology to deliver high-intensity pulses of light to the skin. This light is absorbed by red and brown pigments (melanin and haemoglobin), which are then broken down and naturally eliminated by the body.

Unlike traditional IPL systems, Lumecca operates at a higher peak power, allowing for more effective treatment in fewer sessions, with improved comfort and reduced risk of damage to surrounding tissues.

What Skin Concerns Can Lumecca Treat?

Lumecca is clinically effective for treating a wide range of skin conditions, including:

  • Sun Damage and Hyperpigmentation

  • Freckles and Age Spots

  • Rosacea and Facial Redness

  • Broken Capillaries and Spider Veins

  • Uneven Skin Tone and Texture

  • Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation

  • Acne-related Redness and Scarring

It is suitable for most skin types (Fitzpatrick I–III) and can be used on multiple areas of the body, including the face, neck, chest, hands, legs and arms.

Why Choose Lumecca?

Clients choose Lumecca because it offers:

  • Faster Results – Visible improvements after 1–2 sessions

  • Safe, Non-Invasive Treatment – No needles or surgery

  • Minimal Downtime – Return to normal activities quickly

  • Long-lasting Results – Especially with proper aftercare

  • Precision – Targets only the unwanted pigmentation or redness

At Ultra Aesthetics Clinic, your treatment will be performed by highly trained practitioners who prioritise your comfort, safety, and results.

Common Client Concerns

"Is Lumecca painful?"
Most clients tolerate the procedure well, describing it as a mild tingling or flicking sensation. Lumecca is designed with a sapphire cooling tip for enhanced comfort.

"How many sessions will I need?"
While visible results often appear after just one session, we recommend a course of 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart for optimal, long-lasting results.

"Is it safe for my skin type?"
Lumecca is best suited for lighter skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–III). A consultation is required to determine your suitability and tailor the treatment to your skin.

"Will I need downtime?"
There is little to no downtime. Some clients may experience temporary redness, slight swelling, or darkening of pigmentation before it flakes off naturally.

Aftercare for Lumecca IPL

Proper aftercare is crucial to protect your results and prevent complications:

Lumecca Aftercare Guidelines:

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 2 weeks post-treatment.

  • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.

  • Avoid hot baths, saunas, or strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.

  • Do not pick or scratch flaking or darkened pigmentation – this is a normal part of the healing process.

  • Keep the treated area clean and well-moisturised.

  • Avoid active skincare ingredients (e.g. retinol, acids) for 5–7 days post-treatment unless advised otherwise.

If you experience any unusual discomfort or concerns, contact the clinic promptly for guidance.
