To optimise your results and minimise side effects, we recommend:

• Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 48 hours

• Sleep on your back with head elevated for 3–5 nights

• Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and facials for 7–10 days

• Use gentle skincare and SPF daily

• Avoid dental treatments for 2 weeks post-treatment
