Polynucleotide Injections

Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments derived from natural sources (often salmon or trout sperm), used to stimulate cellular repair and regeneration. These injectable biostimulators work by activating fibroblasts, promoting collagen production, and improving tissue quality.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers, polynucleotides don’t add volume — instead, they regenerate and improve the quality of your own skin from within.

Benefits of Polynucleotide Injections
  • Stimulates natural collagen and elastin production

  • Boosts skin hydration and tissue regeneration

  • Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and signs of photoaging

  • Improves skin texture, elasticity, and tone

  • Enhances under-eye hollows, creepy skin, and dark circles

  • Promotes healing and reduces inflammation

Polynucleotides have anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and antioxidant properties — making them ideal for ageing, dull, or environmentally damaged skin.

Treatment Areas
  • Under-eye area

  • Face and cheeks

  • Neck and décolletage

  • Hands

  • Scalp (for hair regeneration)

  • Acne scars and atrophic scarring

How It Works

Once injected, polynucleotides stimulate skin fibroblasts to encourage the natural production of collagen and elastin. They also scavenge harmful free radicals and improve cellular hydration, making skin healthier, firmer, and more resilient over time.

Unlike hyaluronic acid which simply hydrates or fills, polynucleotides rebuild and regenerate the skin’s underlying structure.

Treatment Protocol
  • Course of 3 treatments recommended

  • Administered at 2–4 week intervals

  • Maintenance every 4–6 months

Results become visible within a few weeks, with full effects developing over 2–3 months as new collagen forms.

Not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for those with fish allergies (due to origin of product).
